The basis of our personnel development is provided by our “Constantia Flexibles competences”. The Constantia Flexibles competence model serves as the basis for core personnel development processes such as recruitment, development and training.

In addition to our “Academies” (for example Leadership and Sales Academy) for particular employees, Constantia Flexibles’s offers its employees an internal training program – our so called Training Toolbox. To support competency-based employee development, the selection of the training modules was fully aligned with the competency model to ensure that a separate training module was designed for each competency. Purely online training courses that our employees can access via WebEx or video conference will provide greater flexibility. Structured talent management and succession planning represent another strategic step in leadership development.

In the coming years, we will further increase the focus on personnel and leadership development in order to provide the best support for the planned growth of the Group with a focus on the integration of acquisitions.
