By using the rim embossing technology on EcoPeelCover a perfect lid separation can be guaranteed on the packaging machines. Moreover, the rim embossed structure is even invisible after the sealing process, offering an immaculate lid design. This helps Constantia Flexibles’ customers especially when customizing their packaging because it enables an excellent text readability for example barcodes. In addition, still a full and vivid color printing can be assured and it shows an exceptional sealability on PP cups. This innovative embossing technology can be used for all aluminum based die cut lids.
