Customer feedback is what brings Constantia Flexibles to the next level
Especially this years’ results are outstanding and this brings advocacy status with many customers.
The customer survey is one of the most important tools for Constantia Flexibles when it comes to development of the whole company. The survey included 146 Consumer and Pharma accounts and 955 individual responses have been received. Constantia Flexibles is very proud of this year’s outstanding result in our consumer business of 8.22 out of 10 and focuses on improving constantly. The survey consisted out of 2 questions, one being quantitative “How do you rate Constantia Flexibles on a scale of 1-10?” and one being qualitative “What makes you feel this way about Constantia Flexibles?” As already mentioned for the quantitative we reached 8.22 out of 10 and for the qualitative answers the top key themes Constantia Flexibles stands for is Customer Service, Cooperation, Technical Service, Reliability and Account Management.
The aim is to furthermore strengthen what we are good at and strongly focus on the improvement areas so we can even better serve our customers. After a thorough analysis phase of the results all customer teams have worked on action plans to further improve and tackle the needs expressed by its customers. Following the yearly rhythm the next survey is planned for end Jan 2022.
