Constantia Flexibles receives A rating in CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment
New CDP recognition follows the company’s climate-change A score.
Vienna, June 25, 2026
Constantia Flexibles, the third-largest flexible packaging producer for Consumer and Pharma products worldwide, has received an A rating in CDP’s 2025 Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA). The annual assessment evaluates corporate supply-chain engagement on climate issues, based on information disclosed through CDP’s climate change questionnaire and SEA methodology.
The SEA result follows Constantia Flexibles’ CDP A score for climate change disclosure, announced in January 2026. While the climate-change score assesses broader disclosure, governance, risk management and action, the SEA focuses on supplier engagement and Scope 3-related topics in the value chain.
“We are proud of our teams for this recognition by CDP. Working closely with suppliers helps us improve data availability and transparency, better understand Scope 3 emissions and support informed dialogue across the value chain,” said Thomas Glossner, EVP Procurement at Constantia Flexibles.
Working closely with suppliers helps us improve data availability and transparency, better understand Scope 3 emissions and support informed dialogue across the value chain.
CDP’s SEA considers areas such as governance, targets, Scope 3 emissions management, risk management and value-chain engagement. An A rating means that a company has met CDP’s criteria for the highest SEA rating in the relevant assessment cycle. The rating reflects CDP’s assessment of the company’s disclosed supplier-engagement practices; it does not, by itself, represent a direct measurement of emissions reductions or guarantee specific climate outcomes.
Supplier engagement supports Constantia Flexibles’ broader sustainability approach by strengthening climate-related disclosure, customer dialogue and Scope 3 understanding.
