Three Years LTI-Free: a milestone for the Constantia Process Point Team
At Constantia Process Point in Liechtenstein/Switzerland, the team has reached an important safety milestone: three years without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).
This achievement reflects a strong and consistent commitment to safety across the site, embedded in daily routines, processes and decision‑making.
With a highly efficient production setup and a clear focus on quality, the Constantia Process Point team combines operational excellence with a strong safety culture. From 100% product control to streamlined processes and a lean organization, safety is an integral part of how the site operates.
Beyond processes and systems, this milestone is driven by people. It is a team that works closely together, supports each other and takes responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment every day.
Constantia Process Point plays an important role within the Group, bringing expertise in semi-rigid aluminum packaging solutions, particularly for the coffee segment. The site combines strong operational performance with a focus on sustainability, including aluminum recycling.
Achieving three years LTI-free is a significant accomplishment and a clear demonstration of continuous progress.
Congratulations to the entire PPS team for this outstanding result and for making safety a priority every day.
The importance of being LTI-Free
Maintaining an LTI-free record is essential for us. We meticulously scrutinize every detail to prevent even minor incidents that could disrupt our streak. To support this, we adhere to the 10 Golden Rules of Safety, which reinforce the use of safety gear in all activities. These rules encompass practices such as wearing cut-resistant gloves when working with Doctor Blades, using a harness for tasks at heights over 2 meters, and reporting any observed unsafe situations. These examples are part of a comprehensive set of guidelines designed to ensure the safety of our colleagues from the moment they step onto the work premises.
