Constantia Teich Poland celebrates 2 years without a Lost Time Incident
We are proud to share another impressive safety achievement - Constantia Teich Poland has reached an exceptional milestone – 729 days without a Lost Time Incident. This also makes it the eighth plant in our Group to achieve an LTI‑free record since the beginning of the year.
This is a significant achievement that clearly demonstrates the maturity of our safety culture and the dedication of every employee, both in production and administrative areas.
Constantia Teich Poland, operating within the Flexo Film Poland cluster, currently employs 242 people, who work every day to produce high‑quality food packaging valued by customers both in Poland and internationally. The plant specializes in producing innovative flexible packaging solutions for the food and HPC industries. Thanks to its advanced infrastructure and modern technologies, it delivers products that meet the strictest functional and quality standards.
Safety as our shared value
The result of 729 days without an incident is no coincidence. It is the outcome of:
- consistent adherence to procedures,
- daily attentiveness,
- the ability to identify potential hazards,
- reporting unsafe situations,
- genuine employee involvement in creating a safe work environment,
- continuous improvement of safety awareness through training and best practices.
Every action – even the smallest – makes a difference. It is prevention, responsibility, and awareness of risks that allow us to successfully avoid accidents.
Our safety culture is built on the belief that everyone contributes to the safety of others. This responsibility for ourselves and one another creates a workplace where each person returns home safe and healthy.
Once again, congratulations to the entire Constantia Teich Poland team - your responsibility, professionalism, and everyday commitment to safety make a tremendous difference.
Thank you, and we wish all of us many more safe days ahead!
Gratulacje dla całego zespołu! Świetna robota.
The importance of being LTI-Free
Maintaining an LTI-free record is essential for us. We meticulously scrutinize every detail to prevent even minor incidents that could disrupt our streak. To support this, we adhere to the 10 Golden Rules of Safety, which reinforce the use of safety gear in all activities. These rules encompass practices such as wearing cut-resistant gloves when working with Doctor Blades, using a harness for tasks at heights over 2 meters, and reporting any observed unsafe situations. These examples are part of a comprehensive set of guidelines designed to ensure the safety of our colleagues from the moment they step onto the work premises.
