Constantia Propak reaches 365 days LTI‑free

Constantia Propak has reached a significant safety milestone: 365 days without a Lost Time Injury (LTI). This achievement shows how consistently colleagues at the site apply safe working practices and take responsibility for one another every day.

Located in Düzce, about 200 km to the east of Istanbul, Constantia Propak is one of our key hubs for printed flexible packaging, serving leading food producers and FMCG companies in international markets. With around 360 highly skilled employees, the plant combines deep technical expertise with a strong commitment to safe, reliable and high‑quality operations.

The importance of being LTI-Free

Maintaining an LTI-free record is essential for us. We meticulously scrutinize every detail to prevent even minor incidents that could disrupt our streak. To support this, we adhere to the 10 Golden Rules of Safety, which reinforce the use of safety gear in all activities. These rules encompass practices such as wearing cut-resistant gloves when working with Doctor Blades, using a harness for tasks at heights over 2 meters, and reporting any observed unsafe situations. These examples are part of a comprehensive set of guidelines designed to ensure the safety of our colleagues from the moment they step onto the work premises.
