Constantia ColorCap elevates operations with expansion
State-of-the-art production and warehouse facilities mark a new era for the company.
Constantia ColorCap, one of our plants in Poland, marked a significant milestone on March 13, 2024, with the official inauguration of its new production and warehouse hall. Our board members, CEO Pim Vervaat, Daniel Winkler, EVP Aluminum Division and Sustainability, and Marc Rademacher, EVP Consumer Commercial, attended the event.
Over nearly two years, the company diligently constructed a spacious production and storage facility, expanding the existing plant area by 1,200 square meters. Notably, alongside this expansion, Constantia ColorCap prioritized enhancing the well-being of its workforce. Social amenities like changing rooms and a revamped employee canteen were part of the project, aiming to elevate the working comfort of all staff members.
The new hall is not just about space; it embodies a commitment to sustainability and efficiency. Advanced solutions, such as ventilation systems with heat recovery, have been integrated to minimize energy consumption. Moreover, strategic layout planning includes a dedicated area for cutting machines, optimizing workflow, and reducing noise levels within the facility.
With complete detailed planning and construction, Constantia ColorCap is gearing up for production operations to commence in Q2/2024.
