Over the months since our merge, a series of collaboration meetings has been happening across our sites, that brought colleagues together from different corners of our organization. These cross-plant gatherings are where new ideas and innovations are ignited.
From Croatia to France, and beyond
Our CEO, David Spratt, together with other Executive Committee members kicked things off with a three-day visit to our Croatian plants in Umag, Zadar, and Drniš. These visits focused on open dialogue and shared ambition, aligning on strategic priorities while gaining a closer look at local operations. The energy on the shop floor and the inspiring conversations set the tone for what synergy is all about: working together to achieve excellence.
Customer service and Sales excellence on joined path to success
Colleagues from Constantia Patz warmly welcomed new team members from Constantia Eliopack, Constantia Helioflex, and Constantia Arimpeks. This visit was a great opportunity to meet face-to-face, exchange ideas, and explore how our combined strengths can shape the future of customer service and sales excellence.

In Constantia AFP Umag, the Sales team made a stop after wrapping up the annual Sales Meeting in Venice. The visit was full of energy and curiosity. It was a chance to meet the people behind the machines and see how our newly joined forces are already creating something greater together. The Constantia AFP Umag team’s warm hospitality and impressive operations left a lasting impression.
Connecting across Pharma operations
Meanwhile, in France, Constantia Eliopack hosted the first in-person Pharma Satellites Operations Meeting. Teams from Constantia Flexibles and former Aluflexpack came together to share best practices on HSSE, quality, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. The day wrapped up with a team-building evening, because strong collaboration starts with strong relationships.
