The company was founded as Folijaplast Poland, as a distributor for the Polish market. The main shareholder was EUROFOIL
2000
After ownership transformations, the name Aluflexpack Poland is created.
2005
Aluflexpack d.o.o. acquired all shares and became the sole shareholder
2006
Omial owned by Aluflexpack d.o.o. acquired Baron S.A., based in Tychy, Poland, which specialized in forming containers and punching lids for the human and pet food industry
2010
Baron S.A. became part of Aluflexpack Polska sp. z o.o.
2014
Aluflexpack Polska Sp. z o. o. becomes solely a sales office with headquarters in Poznań and a Logistics and Transport hub in Tychy.
