Daniel Winkler is Executive Vice President Aluminum Division of Constantia Flexibles and joined the company in February 2020.

Daniel Winkler combines a commercial perspective with sustainability topics and brings in first-hand knowledge of the market. Leveraging the unique lessons he learned from the industry, he knows exactly what it needs and how customers can transform to a more sustainable packaging portfolio.

Daniel earned an Engineering degree and a Master in Business Administration in Vienna. He held various Commercial and Operations positions across the globe, as well as several Managing Director roles in the Packaging Industry in Europe.

His broad background in strategy, business development, sales, and operations makes him a crucial part of today’s Executive Committee of Constantia Flexibles.

Dietmar Lenko is Head of Consumer Innovation & Product Sustainability, VP since 2025. Moreover, he is Strategic Product Manager Sustainability for Home Care since 2020.

Innovations were raised to a new level at Constantia Flexibles by Dietmar Lenko. Since 2017, he has been steering the Group Innovation portfolio and leading innovation projects with external partners and customers. For this purpose, he has implemented a group-wide innovation project stage gate software. He was vital in developing the innovation strategy, including the Constantia Flexible innovation themes. Design thinking and the creation of a new ideation setup was done to fill the innovation pipeline. In addition to his role as Head of Technical Innovations, Dietmar Lenko is responsible for sustainable product developments in the Home Care area. His greatest successes in recent years have been the introduction of the mono PE laminate EcoLamPlus for standup pouches with zipper and for flowpacks for wet wipes.

Creative ideas that serve the environment and customers drive Dietmar Lenko. Therefore, he gathered extensive know-how as a student and in the industry. Before he joined Constantia Flexibles, he worked as a Program Manager Engineering TDI in Shanghai, where he implemented and qualified new processes to manufacture printed circuit boards used in high-end electronics. Whether it is the sustainability of packaging and its recycling or the development process and design of experiments, he is an expert in the fields of materials, especially polymers, chemistry, and the modification of surfaces.

Dietmar Lenko is 37 years old and was born and raised in Styria, Austria. He received a Master`s degree in Polymer Engineering and Science at the University of Leoben, followed by a Ph.D. at the University of Leoben in Polymer chemistry. In addition to his role at Constantia Flexibles, he is currently a guest lecturer at the FH Joanneum in Graz, Austria. In his leisure time, Dietmar Lenko enjoys traveling the world and doing sports in- and outdoors, like CrossFit, road biking, hiking, and snowboarding.

Thomas Schulz

Thomas Schulz is Vice President of Group Marketing & Communications of Constantia Flexibles since 2020.

As Vice President of Group Marketing & Communication, Thomas Schulz is responsible for creating, planning and managing all marketing and communication activities. He is driven to contribute to a more sustainable industry by introducing (potential) customers worldwide to more sustainable packaging solutions, such as Ecolutions, which he brought to the market in 2018. Developing the Consumer Brand ‘WE'VE GOT THIS COVERED’ is only one of his many remarkable achievements at Constantia Flexibles.

In 2017 Thomas Schulz started his career at the packaging company as Vice President of Marketing Consumer Division. Before joining Constantia Flexibles, he was Brand Manager at Procter&Gamble for seven years.

Thomas Schulz is 40 years old, he has his roots in Poland and grew up in Stuttgart, Germany. Since 2017 Vienna is his hometown. He studied at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany, where he received his Master's degree in Cultural Studies and Marketing. In his spare time, he enjoys doing yoga and being outdoors – hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

David Spratt joined Constantia Flexibles in January 2025, bringing over 25 years of executive leadership in the packaging industry, with extensive experience at the C-suite level. As of January 1, 2025, he serves as the CEO of Constantia Flexibles.

Prior to joining Constantia Flexibles, David Spratt was the CEO of Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe, where he led a €2 billion business across 15 manufacturing sites. He also held various senior leadership roles at Amcor Flexibles, including Vice President of Healthcare, Food, and Snacks & Confectionery, overseeing multiple global business units and manufacturing clusters from the company’s Zurich base.

Earlier in his career, he spent over five years with KPMG London in corporate finance and M&A, building a strong foundation in financial strategy and international business development.

David Spratt holds an executive education background from INSEAD and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of NOMOQ. Known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and transformation leadership, David Spratt has a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth in highly competitive global markets.

Martina Wagner

Group Sustainability Manager

Martina Wagner is Vice President Group Sustainability of Constantia Flexibles since September 2025.

Leading the Group Sustainability team, Martina Wagner is a service partner to internal colleagues for all sustainability-related inquiries at Constantia Flexibles. She is responsible for the internal and external reporting of the company and collaborates along the value chain within various initiatives. For that, Martina Wagner amplifies the environmental ambition throughout the company and with partners on both corporate and product levels.

She knows the industry; she knows the needs. In 2015, Martina Wagner started as a Corporate Sustainability Specialist at Constantia Flexibles, putting the knowledge she gained at the university into practice. Later she changed to the product level. Through her, the company has expanded and strengthened its Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) capabilities, which are now considered one of its USPs. She is science-driven, and her know-how on sustainability and recycling of packaging completes Martina Wagner's profile. Martina Wagner is an indispensable part of the packaging manufacturer and passionately drives fields such as the ESG roadmap. Through her dedication and commitment, Constantia Flexibles made it onto the A-list for Climate Change by CDP in 2021.

Martina Wagner is 32 years old and was born and raised in Vienna, Austria. She received a Master's degree in Bioresources- and Environmental Management at the University of Applied Life Sciences (BOKU) Vienna, focusing on waste & energy management.
