Constantia ASAS achieves an AA+ grade in the Unannounced BRCGS PM v7 Audit

Constantia Asas in Turkey has reached an important milestone by achieving an AA+ grade in the BRCGS Packaging audit, following an unannounced assessment conducted by LRQA. This result reflects the site’s strong quality and safety culture, as well as the daily dedication of its teams.

As a packaging producer, Constantia Asas serves more than 100 customers in over 35 countries, delivering flexible packaging solutions across food and feed applications. With approximately 381 employees, a turnover of around €90 million, and a production capacity of 350 million m² of rotogravure‑printed and laminated films, the site plays a key role within the Group.

Operations at Constantia Asas include rotogravure printing, solvent and solvent‑free lamination and hotmelt/wax coating, as well as triplex lamination. The site also features in‑house cylinder production and engraving, advanced quality control laboratories, a customer‑oriented color management system, and design solutions provided by an experienced repro team. Additional capabilities include inline cold‑seal and hotmelt applications, laser‑cut solutions for easy‑tear features, and digital printing for promotional codes.

The AA+ certification covers the site’s product field of flexible plastics and printing processes, confirming compliance with strict industry requirements and reinforcing Constantia Asas’ reputation for reliable performance, quality, and customer focus.
