Seven years LTI free in Constantia Sittingbourne – a truly remarkable achievement
There are milestones… and then there are moments that remind us what teamwork, discipline and genuine care for one another really look like.
As of 13 March 2026, our Constantia Sittingbourne plant has achieved seven consecutive years without a Lost Time Injury! This is truly an extraordinary accomplishment that deserves real celebration.
Seven years LTI free doesn’t happen by chance. It happens when people look out for each other, when safety is lived in every shift, every task, every decision. It shows the strength of this team’s mindset, one built on responsibility, awareness and a deep sense of pride in doing things right.

Big, heartfelt congratulations
Seven LTI free years are more than a statistic, they are a story of people who take care of each other and who take pride in their work.
To everyone in Sittingbourne: thank you for showing what safety excellence truly looks like.
We are incredibly proud of you.
Well done — and here’s to keeping this outstanding record going!
The importance of being LTI-Free
Maintaining an LTI-free record is essential for us. We meticulously scrutinize every detail to prevent even minor incidents that could disrupt our streak. To support this, we adhere to the 10 Golden Rules of Safety, which reinforce the use of safety gear in all activities. These rules encompass practices such as wearing cut-resistant gloves when working with Doctor Blades, using a harness for tasks at heights over 2 meters, and reporting any observed unsafe situations. These examples are part of a comprehensive set of guidelines designed to ensure the safety of our colleagues from the moment they step onto the work premises.
