At Constantia Flexibles, safety is the foundation of our daily operations. As we continue to invest heavily in technical measures and promote correct behavior, we want to take another step to embed safety deeply into our corporate culture for the long term. Our latest initiative at Constantia Teich, the Safety Campaign, has made a significant impact, visually emphasizing the importance of safety into every aspect of our work environment.
Closing in on last year, our colleagues at Constantia Teich launched the Safety Campaign by hanging posters at various locations throughout the plant. These visually impactful posters, featuring our colleagues and their families serve as constant reminders of our collective responsibility towards safety. Slogans, such as "Safety starts with you - Your family needs you!" and "I work safely – for my colleagues too," highlight the far-reaching implications of workplace safety.
Safety is a core value for our entire operation. We are all responsible for upholding this value and living it every day. Our responsibility extends not only to ourselves but also to the safety of our colleagues, customers, visitors, and external companies on the plant premises. We also understand that our families rely on our health and ability to work, as workplace accidents not only affect the injured but can have a profound impact on our personal lives.
The plant also encouraged other colleagues to sign up for feature photoshoots to support the campaign and fill more walls with the safety messages. These photos will be professionally taken and published as posters at selected points in the plant.

With these messages in place, we aim to inspire our colleagues to discover the diverse motifs and slogans, expand their awareness, and spread the idea of safety.
