Constantia Flexibles to change its organization and composition of the Executive Committee as of November 1st, 2020
As of November 1st, 2020, Constantia Flexibles is changing its composition of the Executive Committee. This follows a change in the operating structure where the production facilities are clustered along with technology and main material groups. At the same time the sales unit remains focused on consumer and pharma markets.
Accordingly, G. Hummer will be appointed EVP Aluminium, A. Glade, will be appointed EVP Film and T. Sirohi will become EVP India. Constantia Flexibles’ Consumer end market activities will be led by D. Winkler, who steps up as member of the Executive Committee as EVP Sales Consumer, combining this position with a newly established Business Improvement role. The Executive Committee is complemented by R. Kelsey, interim CFO, P.-H. Bruchon, EVP Pharma and M. Müller, EVP Group HR where no change in roles or responsibility occurs.

Due to the new divisional set-up Stefan Grote, EVP Consumer Division, and Thomas Eck, SVP Operations will leave the Constantia Flexibles Group in order to take on new professional challenges.
