A season of smiles: Community moments at Constantia Aluprint
At Constantia Aluprint, this spring and summer were all about connection, creativity, and community. With three special events bringing together employees and their families, the plant in San Luis Potosí celebrated not just milestones in manufacturing, but the people behind them.
It all began in March with a double dose of joy and imagination. First came the Jewelry Workshop, where employees and their families gathered to explore the colorful possibilities of epoxy resin. Using photos and a spark of creativity, participants crafted one-of-a-kind keepsakes — keychains, magnets, bottle openers — each piece capturing a memory and made entirely by hand. The workshop wasn’t just about learning a new skill; it was about celebrating the beauty of shared stories and creative energy. By the end of the day, tables were filled with brilliant little objects, and proud smiles to match.
Just days later, the spirit of togetherness continued with Family Day, a high-energy outing to Jump parks that saw the Constantia Aluprint community quite literally bouncing with excitement. From trampoline rope-jumping and climbing walls to skating and penalty shootouts, the day was packed with friendly competition and laughter. Basketball games, cheering kids, and even more enthusiastic adults filled the space with movement and cheer. For one afternoon, job titles were forgotten — replaced by the roles of teammate, parent, and friend.
In April, the spotlight turned to the youngest members of the Aluprint family with a Children’s Day Matinee — a cinema morning dedicated to pure, simple joy. Kids and parents settled in for a fun film, popcorn and hot dogs in hand, and shared an experience full of giggles and wide-eyed wonder. It was a pause in the busy pace of life, a few hours to enjoy the magic of childhood and the comfort of being together.
From handmade art to sports challenges to quiet family time in the theater, each moment reflected what Constantia Aluprint values most: people. As these warm-weather memories fade into the next season, one thing is clear — the Constantia Aluprint spirit is stronger, brighter, and more connected than ever.
