IT Field Service Manager (f/m)

What we expect

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this interesting and challenging position you are part of a global IT organization and you are responsible for international IT service teams, covering the following:
• You are responsible for the coordination of the IT Field Service Management at locations in AT und D, with possibility for further locations in the future
• You monitor and ensure services, optimize resources as well as stakeholder reporting
• You further implement processes for meeting and improving quality standards, harmonization and standardization of your IT Services, mainly focusing on effectiveness and efficiency, in line with global IT strategy
• You plan and continuously monitor IT costs as well as IT resources
• You increase customer satisfaction through focusing on quality of ITSM services and the fulfillment of the service level agreement
• You define and drive initiatives to further improve and decline costs for your area of responsibility
• You strengthen the global IT team through further integration of local ITSM teams of our subsidiaries
• You and your team use your knowledge to train other IT departments and service-owners

 

Requirements:

• Degree (Master or Bachelor) in Information Management or equivalent and/or several years of relevant working experiences in the area of IT Field Service Management in an international company
• Profound knowledge of the Microsoft environment and of IT Service Management processes
• Good understanding of technologies, applications and implementation/usage of IT-Infrastructure of international companies
• Leadership experiences in an IT service organization
• High level of quality awareness as well as process and service orientation
• Analytical thinking, reliable and committed working approach

• Able to take reasonable, effective and target oriented decisions quickly while facing time pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Very good communicator who supports collaboration and cross-divisional exchange
• Willingness to travel (approximately 25%, within Europe)
• Open minded personality with flexibility

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to € 48,180.- plus overpayment. The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
