Pharma Sales Team liaises with business partners of top 15 laboratories in Argentina

Every year, the Constantia Flexibles sales team in Argentina gets together with customers and other business partners, to network and take a look back at the collaboration in the last couple of months. For the first time a dinner meeting was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina in early November that involved the main technical responsibles of the top 15 laboratories in Argentina  – among them business associates from GSK, Roemmers, Astra, Bago and Bayer for example.

“As packaging managers, they are the ones who really using our materials and have most contact with it. We took the opportunity to present to them our latest innovations, news, technologies such as new printing possibilities”, said Roberto Videla, Account Manager & Application Engineer for the Pharma division’s LATAM region. “It was also a great opportunity to listen to them and to find out what their concerns and requests they might have. We do provide many of our customers with trainings throughout the year, involving not only managers from different departments but also machine operators, quality controllers and so on. This is a great opportunity to get together with them at the end of the year and sum up the events and challenges of the year. Because at the end of the day it all comes down to personal relationships, which we see as one of our greatest strengths and added value for the customer.”
