Amounts disclosed for 2003-2009 relate to the flexible packaging business and do not necessarily include an appropriate share of central overhead costs incurred by Constantia Packaging AG (then holding company), or any adjustments which may have been appropriate relating to non-recurring items. 2010 figures were extracted from a special report relating to a sub-group then representing Constantia Flexibles Group’s flexible packaging business. EBITDA 2011 excludes results and central overhead costs which related to AMAG Group and Duropack Group (non flexible packaging businesses disposed of during 2011) and includes adjustments relating to one-time effects in the amount of €12.9m. EBITDA 2012 excludes one-time effects from acquisitions in the amount of €5.2m.

EBITDA (operative) includes net adjustments of 27.0m EUR related to non-operative one-time  impacts (consulting cost related to acquisitions of 7.6m EUR, capital market preparation cost of 6.6m EUR, restructuring cost of 3.0m EUR, one-time impacts of 6.7m EUR related to acquired companies as well as miscellaneous other one-time impacts of 3.1m EUR.

2013 Sales and EBITDA are adjusted for full year revenues of acquisitions (sales impact: EUR 57 million, EBITDA impact: EUR 7 million)
